Itinerary

After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, we head north, aboard our private vehicle to Moray, which is a fascinating archaeological site composed of huge concentric terraces, which were used in Inca times as an agricultural laboratory. Next to Moray a group of salt extraction wells, traditionally used by the locals called, "Salineras de Maras". Since Inca times with different extractive strategies, passing through the colony and the republic, Maras is one of the suppliers of salt for the city of Cusco. Later we arrive at the community of "Chincheros", where we can find Inca evidence with some terraces and rooms, combined with the colonial style that now predominates in the town.

Finally, we will visit a family from the community who will invite us to share some of their daily activities such as textiles and they will serve us a delicious lunch with local products. After our cultural interaction we return to the city of Cusco.
